How do I know how to help? From personal experience, of course! I’ve been through the hard lessons—hormonal outbursts, burnout at work and even a marriage breakdown. Been there, done that (yikes!). But now, on the other side of the ‘big change,’ it’s been a huge eye-opener, and I’m passionate about helping others avoid the struggles I faced.

As a Holistic Counsellor and Reiki Master, I’m passionate about guiding people through life’s challenging seasons when things don’t feel as they should. With interests in aromatherapy, crystals, color and dream therapies, I bring a unique blend of tools to support healing and transformation.

My journey into counselling began in my career as a disaster recovery practitioner, where I found myself as an ‘accidental counsellor,’ supporting those affected by life-altering events. This experience inspired me to study counselling and deepen my understanding, ultimately igniting my passion for helping others. Especially those navigating experiences similar to my own. Wearing the many hats that lots of women and men do these days, such as being a working mum, wife, daughter and owning many businesses, I’ve walked many paths, which allows me to meet clients with empathy, understanding and provide holistic care.

I have a genuine passion for supporting people, fostering a sense of community, and empowering others to take charge of their own well-being.
